Our standard room with a sea view is a modern room with a view of the North Sea that you can enjoy from your private balcony or terrace. The room has two single beds, a sitting area, a desk, coffee- and tea facilities, a television and a telephone. The room has a bathroom with a sink, toilet, and bath and/or shower. Yes, Hotel Zuiderduin has special rooms where dogs are welcome*. Dogs are not allowed in the restaurant, pud, bowling, sauna and swimming pool.
Before making a reservation, we kindly ask you to contact us first to check the availability of rooms that allow dogs. We would like to inform you that we allow a maximum of two dogs per room and that an additional charge of € 20,00* for one dog per night and € 25,00 for two dogs per night will be charged (assistance dogs excluded). Please take this into account when planning your stay.

No. Our hotel is 100% smoke- and vape-free, so that all our guests can enjoy a fresh and comfortable environment. This policy applies throughout the entire hotel, including all guest rooms, bathrooms and hotel facilities.
As smoke can easily blow back inside through open windows or doors, smoking or vaping from a window or balcony is not permitted either.
