Good to know Parking at Hotel Zuiderduin

As an overnight guest at Hotel Zuiderduin, you can park free of charge on our multi-storey car park or in the underground car park:

  • Times: Free parking is available from 12:00 on your day of arrival until 12:00 on your day of departure. Paid parking applies outside these times.
  • Availability: We have 245 parking spaces for 370 rooms. Parking is therefore always subject to availability.
  • Booking: Unfortunately, it is not possible to book a parking space in advance. Providing your registration number in advance does not guarantee a space either.

How it works Step-by-step guide for hotel guests

1. Arrival

On arrival, the system scans your number plate at the barrier. The next step depends on your situation:

  • Situation A: You have registered your number plate online in advance
    (via the link in your pre-visit email)
    The barrier opens automatically. You do not need a parking ticket and do not need to do anything else.
  • Situation B: You have NOT registered your number plate in advance
    Collect your parking ticket at the barrier. Please note: arrange for the ticket to be converted to the free rate at the hotel reception as soon as possible to avoid additional charges.

2. Leaving

Have you registered your number plate or had your parking ticket scanned at reception? If so, the barrier at the exit will open automatically via number plate recognition.

Do you need to pay outside the free parking period (from 12:00 noon on the day of arrival until 12:00 noon on the day of departure)? Payment is only possible by debit card at the payment terminal located at the exit barrier.

Parking for all the groups listed below is always subject to availability.

Payment Method

Please note that our parking system accepts card payments only. You can make your payment at the payment terminal located at the exit barrier.

Overnight hotel guests

  • Between 12:00 (day of arrival) and 12:00 (day of departure): free of charge.
  • Outsige these times: € 2,00 per quarter of an hour, up to a maximum of € 30,00 per day.

Visitors and day guests

Are you a day visitor or are you visiting Zenmoodz, Restaurant Zuiderduin or Lucky Strike Bowling? If so, you can park at the following rates:

  • Rate: € 2,00 per quarter of an hour, up to a maximum of € 30,00 per day.

Tip: Please note that the local council’s parking rates on public roads may differ.

Meeting participants

  • Day meetings (option 1): Free parking on the premises at Voorstraat 80 in Egmond aan Zee.
  • Day meetings (option 2): Parking at Hotel Zuiderduin for € 15,00 per car per day. You will receive a QR code for a discount when you leave.
  • Meetings with overnicht stay: Free parking at Hotel Zuiderduin from the start of the meeting (arrival day) until the end of the meeting (departure day). You will receive a QR code to exit free of charge.
