Are you coming to our hotel by car? Then you can park for free on our parking deck or in the parking garage, based on availability. You can use our parking facilities from 1pm on your arrival day and until 12pm on your departure day.
Have you not booked a room in our hotel, but are you coming to enjoy dinner, swimming, or bowling with us? Then we ask you to park outside our hotel grounds. Paid parking applies in Egmond aan Zee:

Charging and parking electric car
Hotel Zuiderduin has 3 charging stations; there are also 2 public charging stations near the hotel. Our staff at the reception will be happy to inform you about the possibilities of charging your electric car.
Important: by order of the fire brigade, electric cars are not allowed to park in our garage. You can park your electric car on our parking deck.
Your room is available from 3pm on your arrival day. From 1pm, you are welcome to use our hotel facilities, such as the swimming pool and our saunas.
You must check out before 10.30am on your departure day. You can still use our facilities until 12pm Are you staying in a suite? Then you have until 12pm to check out.

Boxing Day: before 11am
New Year's Day: before 12pm
Would you like to use the hotel's sauna during your stay? You can book your sauna visit at reception or at Zenmoodz. The fee for using the sauna will be automatically credited to your hotel account immediately after your reservation via your room number.

We have new cancellation conditions. This way, you can book your stay carefree and, if necessary, move or cancel it later.
You can cancel the booking free of charge* up to 72 hours before arrival. Afterwards 100% cancellation costs.
A (one-time*) rebooking up to 24 hours before arrival is possible free of charge. Rebooking costs of €25.00 will be charged within 24 hours before arrival.
If you still have a reservation in 2023, changes must be made 72 hours before arrival.

Our entire hotel is non-smoking. This means that smoking is not allowed in the rooms, apartments, and facilities of the hotel.

Before making a reservation, we kindly ask you to contact us first to discuss whether the rooms where dogs are allowed are available. We would like to inform you that we allow a maximum of two dogs per room and there is an additional charge of € 15.00 per dog per night. Please keep this in mind when planning your stay.
Dogs are not allowed in the restaurant, the pub, the sauna accommodation, and the swimming pool.
Dogs on the beach
In the summer, leashed dogs are always allowed on the activity beaches. Unleashed dogs are allowed on all beaches before 10 a.m. and after 7 p.m. in summer. In winter, unleashed dogs are always welcome on the beach.
Children up to 14 years stay at our hotel at a reduced rate. The discount percentage depends on the room type:
